Gawler Environment Centre
gawler, australia
Event description
Join permaculture educator Tracey Hall to find out how you can help gardens, and gardeners, survive the summer heat.
We still have plenty of hot weather ahead of us in Feb and March, so come along to this workshop for top tips about shade, wind, plant selection, watering, position, mulching and more. Learn about seasonal factors, choosing appropriate plants for your climate zone, and working with microclimates in your own small patch. Check out some examples from the Gawler Environment Centre Garden and get some inspiration for your own garden heat-proofing project.
