Workshop presented by garlic grower expert of Badja Forest Farm and owner of Garlic Kingdom Australia. The workshop includes:

- Introduction to garlic cultivars (varieties)
- Identifying heat, spice levels and intensity intervals
- Why you shouldn't judge a bulb by its wrapper
- Self scoring sheet to help identify which garlic type is your favourite
- Which garlic to plant, how and when to plant
- The plant on Anzac Day, harvest on Remembrance Day myth
- Fertilising procedures
- General harvesting, curing, storage
- Information sheets

We will be under cover for the vast majority of the workshop however, a small component will be in the sun as we look at how to plant garlic successfully. Please bring a hat, sunscreen and water bottle.
The venue is wheel-chair accessible.
