Gas Tax Day of Action - Belgrave!

On 19 September, communities across Australia are hitting the streets with one message: Australians deserve a fair return from our gas.
Here in Belgrave, we’ll be getting together at Earthly Pleasures Cafe from 10am-12.30pm for a cuppa, a chat, and to head out and talk with locals about getting a fairer share from our gas.
We’ll be collecting petition signatures to send a clear message to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Treasurer Jim Chalmers: people in our community want gas companies to pay a fairer share for the resources we all own.
We’re looking for locals to join us for some friendly street conversations and help collect as many petition signatures as we can.
No experience needed. We’ll provide the script, the petition and a friendly face to meet you when you arrive.
Come along, grab a cuppa and help make sure our community’s voice is heard as part of this national day of action.
