Event description
As we move deeper into the depths of winter, everything that is a part of nature feels the same yearning to go within... This season is the most yin out of them all and provides the perfect environment for us to slow down and recharge. Take this time of renewal to nourish and create balance for your body, mind, and spirit.
In a world of overstimulation and the pressure to constantly consume, to retreat and steady yourself is the ultimate gift to yourself and your nervous system. Cultures all around the world have understood the necessity of making time for inner contemplation. Different traditions have different methods, some chose the pathway of going within through fasting, meditation, vision quests, pilgrims, noble silence, and this is just to name a few. Taking some time to be still and reflect, will lead you on the path of self-mastery.
Gateway Within is a 3-hour immersion inward, it will be your time to recuperate and recharge. You will be guided throughout the whole experience, where we will explore different practices each one holding a unique key to unlocking deeper depths. Breath. Movement. Presence. Mindfulness. Stillness. As we embark on this journey together, our intention is to lead us to the peaceful and harmonious place within which is accessible for all of us, if we simply take the time.

Everybody is welcome, no prior experience required.
What will you need to bring?
- Mat
- Pillow
- Bolster or second pillow
- Blanket
- Fresh Water
- Journal & pen
In the theme of winter, let’s get as warm and comfortable as possible for this experience. Woolie socks are a must and layers are encouraged.
