Gather & Ground is a community founded by Brearne Emily & Jacqueline to support you in slowing down, calming the nervous system and reconnecting to the rhythms of nature.

April 1st - Autumn event...

As the days cool and leaves begin to drop, our Autumn event is centred around reconnecting with what matters most to you. If you have been feeling stressed, busy and overwhelmed this event is for you. A 3-hour workshop beginning with yin yoga to help you reconnect with yourself and slow down the mind, a guided coaching session through the wheel of life and finding the leaky areas that are distracting you and finishing with a hypnosis session to integrate into the subconscious mind. This is an opportunity to walk away feeling clear, refreshed and recentered.

Meet your facilitators:

Emily Rose is an Art Therapist & Holistic Counsellor who is passionate about holding space for individuals to connect within through mindful processes. When working with Emily, her aim and intention is to ground and nourish you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Jacqueline is a mindfulness teacher and co author of the GET Connected Book. She has guided hundreds to reconnect. From her own journey with overwhelm and panic attacks she is passionate about sharing ways to calm the chaos and build connected relationships.

Brearne is a Mindset Coach. She is passionate about alternative methods of healing, supporting clients through the modalities of NLP, Time Line Therapy® Hypnotherapy and Non-Violent Communication strategies. Brearne feels deeply grateful to be able to guide people toward accessing their subconscious mind, as the healing and expansion she has experienced and witnessed in this space has been profound.
