At Nourished Woman Co, our events are created with intention to ensure women enter a warm and welcoming environment where they are able to fully give back to themselves. A space for women to truly nourish themselves from the inside out by resting, recharging & re-connecting with themselves. Our Relaxation & Sound Meditation sessions are also open to men - we ALL need more deep restorative rest.

In addition to Sound Meditation, we facilitate women's well-being workshops, special events, retreats, and private Mama Blessing ceremonies. We are also available for private group relaxation & sound meditation/ sound healing sessions.
