Your favourite FREE Fringe family dance party is back in 2026!

Join us on Saturday, 14 March for a full afternoon of family fun at Gather, Dance & Explore, returning to Whitmore Square / Iparrityi in 2026.

Enjoy vibrant dance performances from local schools, showcasing styles from Latin and K-pop to Ballroom and beyond. Kids can hit the dancefloor at the ultimate dance party with DJ Bandit spinning feel-good tunes throughout the day.

Be amazed by the legendary Basketball Man, performing freestyle routines packed with an impressive repertoire of world-class basketball tricks.

Little adventurers can get creative with Nature Play activities, including potion-making and nature mask crafting — where imagination meets outdoor exploration.

Don’t miss the enchanting Nylon Zoo interactive parade, featuring captivating storytelling and playful, larger-than-life characters.

When it’s time to refuel, enjoy delicious food from Gang Gang’s Burgerstop, plus Barossa Ice Cream and Kombi Coffee.

This will be a lively event with music and plenty of movement throughout the site. To support attendees who may need a break from the activity, a dedicated Quiet Space will be available, offering a calm, lower-sensory environment to re-regulate.

Guests are warmly encouraged to bring along any personal supports that enhance their comfort, such as headphones, earplugs, or sensory/fidget items.
