FIRE SCRYING

Through the ancient divination practice of fire scrying, we will take a moment to pause, each connecting with our own lit candle flame. With a soft, intentional gaze, we invite in the warmth, wisdom and messages of the fire to unfold. This practice serves as a gateway to deeper self-connection - physically, subconsciously and spiritually - allowing the flame to illuminate insights from within.

ENERGETIC ORGAN RESET

Working with your energy, breath, fascia and mantras you will cultivate inner harmony by connection to your powerhouse organic. Through guided individual and partnered hands on practices, you will create space in your body around your abdominal organs, recharging them, so they can best support you. With your inner fire rooted in your solar plexus chakra, bringing awareness and care to your organs both physically and energetically is essential for balance, vitality and empowerment.

PERSONALISED CANDLE CREATION

Using your hands and heart, we will guide you to intuitively decorate your own candles for your home altar. Made from locally sources, natural beeswax and decorated with home grown tired herbs, these pieces will sit perfectly on your altar representing your inner flame and an anchor to remember and call on your inner power.

EMBODIED & MEDITATIVE MOVEMENT

By tuning into your senses, you'll gentle drop into your body through self-guided movement. As you surrender to the flow, your inner flame will awaken, weaving through you and enveloping you in a deep sense of power. With the freedom to move intuitively, you'll be encouraged to journey deeper, allowing your desires to be fully felt and expressed, as your inner fire guides you back to your strength.

REIKI & INTUITIVE HEALING

Before we close the afternoon with a sacred fire offering ceremony, you will receive a deeply relaxing and powerful reiki and intuitive healing. Gentle yet profound, this healing will support you in releasing the next layer of what no longer serves you, creating space for integration as you step fully into the woman you are becoming.

FIRE OFFERING CEREMONY

As we close our circle, we will gather in ceremony, offering our prayers, intentions, and realise to the sacred fire. Witnessed by your sisters, you will step fully into your flame - surrendering what no longer serves you, allowing the fire and smoke to carry it to the ether. In this alchemy, space is created for renewal, for your soul's truth to rise, for you to step forward as the woman you are becoming. A sacred moment of transformation, devotion, and deep remembrance.

EXTRA INFO & Q&A'S

Comfy Clothes - wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. No dress codes, no expectations - just ease. Majority of the afternoon will be inside the warm, fire lit cottage. We may be spending a small amount of time outdoors around a fire, weather permitting, so consider this for the late afternoon. Our advice is to bring a warm jacket.

Blanket & Pillow - bring along a cozy blanket and pillow for ultimate relaxation. We'll have yoga mats and extra blankets / pillows available, but we want you to feel super comfortable.

Movement - all movement is intuitive and in a way that feels good for you. If you have any movement limitations, please let us know in advance.

Babies in Arms / Growing Life - if you're bringing a little one in your arms or carrying life within, please let us know so we can ensure you're both fully supported. For those who are pregnant, this is especially important for energy work, and your information will be kept completely private.

Parking - available on site. We will be in contact with you prior to the day with full details and cottage address.
