GATHER- Drop the mental load and give back to yourself. A 2-hour sanctuary of nourishment for the busy, modern woman.

Between the work & family life juggle, the endless to-do lists, and the "mental load," when was the last time you truly sat down, breathed and considered what you want and need?

Join us for a GALentines themed GATHER this month on Friday 13th, being held in the gorgeous boutique Oak and Haven in Croydon South. This is "me time" that will leave you feeling lighter and reconnected.

This isn't just another "appointment" on your calendar. It’s a 2-hour sanctuary designed for you to:

· Let go of the chores and the "busy"
· Experience a nourishing tea or cacao ceremony
· Reflect with gentle guided written reflection (no experience needed!)
· Connect and have a laugh with a community of like-minded women
· Reset with a blissful guided meditation to close the week

You will treat yourself with a beautiful DIY self-care item to take home with you.

No expectations. No to-do lists. Just a warm, casual space to give back to yourself.

Spaces are limited to keep it intimate and cozy.

Come as you are, leave as you want to be.

Tickets: NOW $25pp all inclusive for the launch of these GATHER events (reduced from $45pp) .
