Gather, Glow, and Flourish

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to slow down and simply be?

We're inviting you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a beautiful day created especially for women to experience a day to pause, breathe, move, and create.

Together, Dinah and Sadie have created a day retreat that brings together sensory self-care, movement, creativity, and meaningful self-reflection.

Throughout the day, we'll awaken our five senses through touch, sight, sound, smell and taste.

Your investment:

Early Bird Price $195 (until 31 January 2027)
Full Price $225 (as of 1 February 2027)

Date and Venue:

Sunday 21 February 2027
10am - 3.30pm
Collective Soul Centre, Port Road, Royal Park

Vegetarian lunch and healthy refreshments are provided, including herbal teas.

What’s included in our time together?

FIND YOUR CALM
Pause • Ground • Breathe
Begin with a grounding mindful moment and a nurturing sensory experience including a detoxifying foot soak.

GROWTH IS A PROCESS
Awaken • Move • Create
Get your energy flowing with gentle movements to activate your lymphatic system. Explore your creativity and create your own Vision Postcard using images, words and colours that speak to you and your heart. Create your own signature essential oil scented spray to take home and remember the day.

FLOURISH
Embrace Change • Know Your Limits • Glow from Inside Out
Take some time to reflect on what you need, what matters to you, what you value the most, and what flourishing could look like in your own life. Be guided through your own facial, cleanse the day away, and make room for newfound growth and knowledge on how to live life with ease, naturally.

You’ll leave with:

Your own personal laminated Vision Postcard
Sadie’s self-published book
Scented spray
A bag full of Infinite Bliss products to continue your natural self-care ritual
Booklets full of information and pages to capture your thoughts.

Along with some beautiful memories, new connections, and a little more space to simply be you.

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about giving yourself permission to pause.

Come to the Collective Soul Centre as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, energised and inspired.
