Congratulations on booking your ticket for GATHER IN THE GROVE!

You'll be attending an event where you can party with purpose- regenerating the land of Epoch Grove while enjoying amazing company, great tunes, workshops and delicious co-created food.

Just 10 minutes outside Heathcote you'll find 40 acres of olive groves and vineyards situated right next to Heathcote-Graytown National Park. We can't wait for you to experience the wonder of this beautiful land!

WHAT TO BRING

1. FOOD - Think of it as a pot luck weekend! We will provide Friday night dinner* but please bring food to share for 2 x lunches and Saturday night dinner (the woodfire oven will be going so you can bring woodfire appropriate toppings and bases to heat up!). For breakfasts you can cater for yourself to make things easier.

2. Toiletries and towel

3. Gumboots, work boots, thick winter socks, weather appropriate warm clothes, raincoats etc..

4. Gardening gloves, shovels (if you have any but all good if not!)

5. Any trees, flowers, shrubs you would like to plant!

6. Bedding - super warm things as it does get cold!

Arrival-
Arrive at the front gate and follow markers around the paddock to where you'll find the carpark.
From there you can find your campsite to set yourself up for the weekend.
People who have paid for a bed will be directed up the driveway to the house to unload their bedding and then move their cars to the carpark.

SCHEDULE (pretty flexible, let's see!)

* Friday *

Between 5 - 6pm - Arrive and set up your rooms / tents

6.30pm - We will have a warm, yummy, vegan, gluten free Lentil soup dinner with garlic bread (GF and non GF) cooked for you all

8pm - Connecting and Human Forest in the workshop space

10.30pm - Bed time

* Saturday *

Pre 11am - Free time to cook your own brekky, walk the land, run a morning session of whatever you'd like to share with the group (you can offer it on Friday night)

11 - 1.30 - Tree planting

1.30 - 3 Lunch and relax

3 - 5 Tree planting

5 - 6.30 Relax and enjoy!

6.30 - 8 Wood fire oven (bring your favourite toppings and bases!)

8pm - Connection and Human Forest in the workshop space

10.30 / 11.30 - Late night hangs by the fire outside or bedtime

* SUNDAY *

Pre 10am - Free time to cook your own brekky, walk the land, run a morning session (you can offer it on Saturday night)

10 - 1pm - Help complete any tree planting and landcare activities

1 - 3pm - Lunch, packing up and goodbyes!
