As mothers our lives can often be busy, loud and chaotic, with little time for ourselves.

I invite you to take some time and space for YOU. To step away from all the demands of motherhood and all the roles you play. To find a moment of calm amongst the beautiful chaos of life!

Each month we will explore a theme related to Motherhood and our journey of Matrescence. The evening will include connection, a guided 30 minute meditation, reflection and conversation.

Meditation circles will be led by Ange Bottero of Mindful Mama Collective - qualified Life Coach passionate about all things motherhood and mindfulness, Mama Rising facilitator, Sacred Space Holder and fellow Mama.
