Proudly supported by the City of Sydney’s Business Sector Support Grant 2024–25, this event brings together business owners, operators, and creatives from Surry Hills and surrounding precincts to:

🕔 5:30–6:00pm – Guest arrival & pre-presentation refreshments

- Short presentation to update members and guests on SHBP activities past and future
- Precinct Guide 2025/2026 printed and digital project
- Welcome the new board

🎤 6:30–7:30pm – Guest Speaker Sessions (15-minute talks)

Jack Meehan – Social Impact & Inclusion Specialist
- A passionate advocate for workplace inclusion, sustainability, and community engagement.
Rebecca Wood - Sydney Streets project manager, City of Sydney
- Sydney Streets is run across Saturdays in spring and again in summer to autumn. There are many other ways to take part including activating in your store, displaying goods on the footpath or listing your special offer or event.
Elliot Lindsay – Historian & Founder, Murders Most Foul
- Dive into the gritty, fascinating history of Surry Hills with tales of Sydney’s underworld, larrikins, the Razor Gangs, and early LGBTQ+ communities. Elliot also operates the historical research consultancy Talking Walls.
