What to Bring:

This beautiful studio is already equipped with mats, bolsters and blankets, but you are encouraged to bring anything extra you may like for additional warmth and comfort during our sound meditation ie. cushion/ pillow, eye mask, socks, your own mat to double up, own blanket if you'd prefer.
