Grief belongs in the community. We do not need to hold our grief alone.

Gathered in Grief is a monthly group led by Nicole Kinnaird, a qualified counsellor and social worker, offering practical, evidence-based tools to support people as they navigate their own unique experience of loss.

Participants come together in a small group setting to connect, share and explore universal human themes of loss, grieving, living and loving. While each person’s experience is different, the group provides safe space for reflection, thoughtful discussion and insights on the journey of loss.
