This gathering and meditation is designed for women, mama's and girls aged 10+. We will explore the important role we play in the home and broader community, tune into the wisdom of the feminine heart to love and heal, honour our powerful gift to connect with ourselves and each other, and reflect on the foundations of self-care, balance and surrender.

This session will be tailored to honour both the mature woman and our younger girls as they navigate their way into womanhood.
