Gathering as Practice - A Public Pedagogy: Spring Equinox

Returning for the Spring Equinox this September, MIECAT Public Programs invites you into Gathering as Practice, a cycle of gatherings held across the year. A space of shared rhythm and an ongoing place of return where we open a gently facilitated space for learning through experience, and extend an invitation of co-creation. Come as a participant but leave as a contributer.

Here, gathering is understood as a shared practice of creativity and exchange as we attend to moments of transition together through curiosity, expression, communal dialogue, and meaning making.

Held across the year in alignment with the turning of light at each equinox and solstice, Gathering as Practice becomes a site of attention, intention, reflection and knowledge-building.

We warmly welcome current students, graduates, prospective students, community and allied health workers, poets, artists, somatic and movement practitioners, storytellers, arts-based researchers, creatives and other multi-disciplinary practitioners to gather with us.

This is the second of our Gatherings to be held across the year.
