Recorded session 1: International Grand Round: Kindness Around the World

This session brought together experts in Kindness from across the globe, talking about their restorative and important work. Panel was followed by a Q&A.

Recorded session 2: Wellbeing Roundtable Conversation: The Self Care Conundrum 

Do you find self-care challenging, confusing or complex? You’re not alone. With so many conflicting priorities, many find it difficult to find the time and the courage to put themselves first. In this roundtable conversation, our guest speakers tackled the self-care conundrum that many health and aged care workers face. Panel was followed by a Q&A.

In this recorded session, Social psychologist, researcher, and bestselling author Hugh Mackay shares with us reflections from his latest book,The Kindness Revolution: How we can restore hope, rebuild trust and inspire optimism. Interview was followed by a Q&A.
