448 Main St, Hamden, CT 06514
🚗 Parking & Arrival
Parking is limited, and the lot closest to our meeting point is small and may fill up quickly. If that lot is full, you may need to park along the nearby roads where parking is permitted and walk over.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking. If you’re able, consider carpooling or taking an Uber/Lyft to help reduce congestion.

We’ll be meeting at the pond near the picnic table, just past the map kiosk.

We’ll begin with guided stretching at 12:20 PM, and we’ll start our walk around the lake between 12:30–12:45 PM, once everyone has arrived.
What to Bring• Water• Comfortable walking shoes• Sunscreen and/or bug spray (a must!)• Anything else you need to be comfortable outdoors
If you purchased multiple tickets, please forward this email to everyone in your group so they have the meeting location and details.
If you have any questions or are running late, please call or text me at 202-375-1751
