Minus18 is hosting an IN-PERSON GAYming Bonanza for LGBTQIA+ young people and their mates – and you're invited! 

Grab your controllers or laptops, gather your squad and prepare for an unforgettable afternoon of gaming greatness at the BRAND NEW Narrm Ngarrgu Library in Melbourne! We'll be hosting a bunch of gaming hubs, including Mario Kart freeplay on the big screen, computer games, tabletop board games, free console play and a Cosplay Runway moment!

• AGE: Youth aged 12 to 19 only
• TICKETS: FREE - registrations essential. This WILL sell out!

WHAT TO EXPECT  

Low-stakes fun vibes, the chance to game together (console, computer and table-top!) and make new friends, and to connect with your LGBTQIA+ youth community. 

We'll have a few spaces set up, all ranging from a mid-sensory to low-sensory vibe. This isn't a dance party – this event is for connecting with each other in a chill, fun setting! This event will include loads of games like Minecraft or Mario Kart, tabletop games and board games, some free pizza and good chats 🌈

Plus! You asked, we listened: we'll have loads of friendship facilitation activities hosted by our Young Leaders to ensure that even if you come alone, you'll leave with new friends! 

As always, this is an alcohol, drug, smoke and vape-free event and is moderated by our Youth Workers.

Bring your laptop, bring your Switch – play your own game alongside your new pals

So yes, bring your own console or way to game. 

If you don't have a laptop or console? Easy! Join in the Mario Kart freeplay on the big screen, find a freeplay console (we'll have a bunch available!) or board game to play on the day!
