Event description

You are warmly invited to come along to a screening of Gaza Surf Club at Filmore’s in Kiama on Thursday the 14th of March, at 6pm. 

Gaza Surf Club offers insight into the lives of the Palestinian surfing community and their connection to the sea, as well as the ongoing struggles of living under a military occupation. 

As a surfing community here in Kiama, we will be watching this film to raise awareness about the challenges of attempting to surf under Israeli military occupation in Gaza. We call for freedom for Palestine in solidarity with the surfing community in Palestine.

This event is ticketed to raise money for the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund. If you're not in the position to give anything right now, please come along anyway. However, we encourage a donation of your choosing if you have the means!
