Event Overview

The Q4 GCRAI World Forum in Tokyo marks the closing chapter of a historic year for Responsible AI governance and innovation. Hosted by Sega Sammy Holdings, this high-level gathering unites global AI governors, ambassadors, policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders to explore the new Global Responsible AI Framework - its structure, implementation strategy, and roadmap for global adoption.

As the final forum of the year, the Tokyo Edition serves as both a strategic reflection and a launch point for the 2026 initiatives leading into WEF Davos, including adoption pilots, regional integration strategies, and public-private collaborations aimed at embedding responsible AI principles into corporate, governmental, and educational systems worldwide.
