Gear-up for 'opening-up' in 2022

You could respond to the opportunity of 2022 by focusing on getting back to where you were pre-pandemic. But as Marshal Goldsmith said, "what got you here won't get you there". The opportunity is not just to 'go-back' but to reflect, refresh, and reinvent.

Now is the time to apply new thinking to the growth strategy for your business. Take the time-out to process the learning from the last 18 months, turn your insights into foresight and make the right strategic choices for 2022.

Remember during these times your customers, suppliers and your people have also been re-thinking what value means to them too.

Developing the Right Strategy requires reflection, research, insight and a good dose of objectivity. This 2-hour strategy masterclass will give you, the CEO, and your team the framework and tools to re-assess, to dive deep in the coming weeks and to develop the Right Strategy to create value for your organisation in 2022.

During this masterclass you will:

Rethink your business model, deciding what to let go of what to keep and what to add.
Rethink the markets you target, and how they are changing?
Rethink your value propositions of your products and services and what needs to change.
Identify how your business model may no longer be fit for purpose.
Determine what information you need to know to be able to define the Right Strategy for your organisation.
Identify what capabilities you need to add to have a ‘friction-free’ relationship with your ideal clients?
Determine if this Is this the right time to appoint your Advisory Board?

You will leave this workshop with clarity about what needs to change, how you will make the changes and the timeframe. From this you can re-invent and turn these ideas into a Strategic Plan.
