GEAR up- Girls aMAZEing LEGO Robotics Workshop
Event description
In every day life, robots are used to solve problems in all scenarios whether it is math, puzzles, mazes or so much more. In this GEAR up workshop, put your robotics skills to the test and see if you can get through a number of mazes and challenges.
Designed for girls 7-15, this workshop will teach you how to avoid obstacles, go over ramps, move obstacles out of your way and so much more while also creating friendly competition between all girls.
BYO Laptops- Download the software from https://education.lego.com/en-... (we will be using the new EV3 Software for this workshop) If you cannot BYO email us and we can hire a laptop for you.
Robots will be provided by us for this workshop!
No prerequisite knowledge is needed as we will touch on everything you need to know during the workshop! We hope to see you there on the 13th of April, 9am-1pm.
