GEAR up - Girls intro to FLL LEGO Robotics Workshop

FIRST Lego League (FLL) is one of the most well known international robotics competitions and an amazing opportunity for school students to put there robotics skills to the test. With the 2020/2021 FLL season coming to an end and schools preparing for a new season, now is the perfect opportunity for you to get involved and learn the skills required for FLL with this GEAR up workshop. 

Designed for girls aged 8-14, this workshop will tech the fundamental skills required to enter the competition and allow girls to have a go at some of the challenges from the 2017-2018 Hydro Dynamics challenge mat. 

The skills you learn in this workshop are not only relevant to FLL but can be applied to all areas of robotics.

Laptops and Robots will be provided for this workshop!

Some prerequisite knowledge of basic EV3 function is suggested for this workshop. But don't worry! If you do not yet have these skills come along to our Intro to EV3 workshop on Thursday 14th January 2021 to gain these skills. Tickets at https://events.humanitix.com/g...
