GEAR up is excited to invite GIRLS aged 8+ to this introductory workshop. Whether you have done robotics before and are looking to extend your skills or totally new to robotics, this workshop is perfect for you. Over the 2 days the brand new course will be ran in 2 sessions:

Introduction to EV3 robots (28/06/2021 9am till 1pm) - EV3 robots are LEGO robots that can be built in custom designs, then programmed using the LEGO Mindstorms software.
Introduction to Arduino Electronics (29/06/2021 9am till 1pm) - Arduinos are the next step up from EV3 robotics as they have the ability to be build into any everyday objects and programed using the Arduino software.

No prior skills required!

Although this is an introductory course, girls who have done robotics before are encouraged to come along to extend and refine their skill set and we will be sure to challenge them.

Tickets are available for either of the 2 sessions Individually or both together (at a discounted price!).
