⛓️ 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ GearUp – 2026 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈 ⛓️

Sydney’s iconic pre-Mardi Gras fetish social returns!

GearUp is where the living art of fetish gear takes centre stage – latex, leather, neoprene, rubber, uniforms, glam, formal kink and everything in between. As Sydney comes alive for Mardi Gras, GearUp brings together kinksters from across Australia and around the world for a night of connection, expression, and vibrant queer joy.

Now in its 8th year, GearUp remains a true highlight of Mardi Gras season – your chance to socialise, gear up, shine up, and meet your people before the parade weekend begins.

Whether you’re here to show off your leathers, get your latex polished, wag your tail in the pup area, or simply enjoy the electric energy of a community in full celebration mode, GearUp invites you to step boldly into who you are and who you’re becoming.

This is an inclusive, sex-positive, gear-forward event for all genders, identities, and sexualities.
