Geco Gourmet - Seasonal Produce Series

Welcome to the 2023 schedule for GeCo Gourmet - Seasonal Cooking with Julia! This is the 3rd year that Julia has run her workshops here at GeCo and they are as popular as they ever have been! In 2023, we're going to concentrate on making the most out of seasonal produce.
Ticketing will work a little differently, with individual sessions or a block booking available. There are discounts available for purchasing a block of workshops.
As always, you're invited to bring an apron to keep your clothes clean, and 3 containers for each session to take home what you have made. Please note the first session (Seasonal Preserves) your containers should be jam-sized jars.
Workshops will run on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Wednesday Sessions run from 9:30 - Noon. Saturday sessions run from 9:30 - Noon, or 1pm - 3:30.
Morning or Afternoon Tea is included in your workshop fee.
