Geelong Women's Circle - Symphony

Join us for a regular, consistent and ongoing women's circle in Central Geelong with the intention of taking breath, deepening relationship, weaving stories & cultivating a relationship with other women.

Symphony is an opportunity for stillness, to decompress and to settle your nervous system. Through the healing sound and frequency of voice, rose quartz crystal singing bowls, the medicine drum, chimes and various other methods you will have the opportunity to rest, receive and unwind. You will be taken through a simple guided mediation, use your hands to write or craft then spend time being nourished with beautiful snacks and talking together before we end our circle with receiving. You will leave feeling nourished, mind, body, soul, with a little more energy and beautifully connect to self and sisterhood.

Great healing happens when women gather; healing within ourselves, our family, community & the world.

Together we will create the magic of this space, we will evolve, learn and build a community together.

Each circle will be facilitated but guided by the needs of the women attending. An Instagram group or facebook group will be created for ongoing connection and to drop into the space before the event if you feel called.

Each woman is her own instrument, makes her own sound, moves to her own beat, lives to her own rhythm. Every woman and her individual sound is unique & beautiful, bring the sounds of all women together, to play, weave and create a symphony, the most beautiful sound, together.
