Speed Dating for Kiwis who remember when telephones had cords!

We're super excited to share this event with you. Here's what to expect:

Arrive and get comfortable:

Doors open 6.45 pm. Our friendly host will welcome you and check you in. We'll give you a number, and invite you in. The first drink from the bar is on us. Mingle, or relax by yourself for a short time before the event begins.

Dive straight into the action:

Engaging One-on-one conversations: For this event, we've scrapped the usual icebreakers to instead give you a full 6 minutes with each date! You'll be given a scorecard, as well as a notepad and pen to take note of who you want to see again!
Stuck for words? Don't sweat it! Each table is equipped with a set of witty and thought-provoking cue cards, designed to ignite deeper conversations and a few laughs along the way. So, if conversation stalls or you just want to mix it up with a new topic, simply draw a card to get things moving smoothly again.

We use a gratitude note system for matchmaking. At the end of each round. Write something positive about the person/ the time you shared with the person, and leave your contacts if you wish.

At the end of the night, we each take home a full envelope of notes, some of which include contact details.
