Gender Attitudes Survey Launch 2025
Event description
Kia ora koutou,
The National Council of Women of New Zealand / Te Kaunihera Wāhine o Aotearoa (NCWNZ) warmly invites you to the launch of our Gender Attitudes Survey, sharing the latest perceptions of gender equality in Aotearoa.
Join us on Wednesday, 17 September at the Tiakiwai Conference Centre at the National Library where we will present the key findings from our 5th biannual survey. The Gender Attitudes Survey measures New Zealanders’ views on gender roles in the home, education, workplaces, and in the wider community. We will explore how attitudes have changed since our first baseline survey in 2017, and what these results mean for advancing gender equality in Aotearoa New Zealand.
We will be hosting an amazing group of speakers on the day to talk about the Survey results and what that means for gender equality in New Zealand. More information will be available on this page when speakers are confirmed. Watch the space!
