About Kieser

The origins of Kieser extend back to 1966 in Switzerland when founder Werner Kieser opened the first Kieser centre. When it began, Kieser was pioneering - it was one of the first companies to recognise the health benefits of strength training.

More than 50 years later, Kieser has remained faithful to its concept and continues to be ahead of the curve. Everything we do at Kieser is deeply rooted in scientific research. We combine a hands-on physiotherapy approach with personalised, targeted strength training under the expert guidance of our exercise scientists. Our swiss engineered equipment has been designed to isolate specific muscles for more effective training and safety. We bring strength to health, and health to strength. Our focus at Kieser is on functional improvement irrespective of your age, your condition or the activity you love.

Building a stronger Australia

After opening the first Kieser in Melbourne in 2006, Kieser Australia expanded its network of integrated physiotherapy, rehabilitation and strength training clinics across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.
