In this session Maitreyi will guide you through a set of practices on the chair that will enable you to recalibrate the nervous system into ease and expansiveness.

Liberate the nervous system from conditioning that limits it. Reconnect to all aspects of yourself.

This will be an experiential session with specific practices to feel and move prana or life force in the body to clear old pathways of pain, suffering and stuckness. Tune into ease, joy and self worth.

There will be an interactive talk / explanations to understand the neurophysiological changes that happen with initiation into these somatic, breath, kriya, mudhra, manthra and reset practices. These practices will impact everything else you do with the body for the better. Dance yourself into initiative bliss.

This is a part of the GENOA Healing Circles - which take place virtually every full moon and are open for everyone.

Pricing

This healing circle is offered on a sliding scale to honor that we come from different financial backgrounds. We suggest a scale from 4 - 15 AUD (Australian Dollars).

About the Trainer

Yogacharini Maitreyi is an international master teacher, practical mystic and founder of Arkaya Awareness Center and Arkaya Foundation. For the last 25 years she has been dedicated to sharing and teaching mindfulness, traditional tantra and expansive life principles. Her grandfather was her first guru and then she studied and served in the Shivananda and Ananda ashram for many years.

Since 1997 in India, Maitreyi has been given titles: Yoga Chemmal (expert), Yoga Shiromani (gem), and Yoga Acharini (guide). In 2007 she was one of the youngest to be invited to the Advisory Board of the World Yoga Council, in Europe. She has shared the deeper dimensions of yoga, self management and sattvic tantra worldwide. This includes seeing and shifting within ourselves, deep rooted conditioning that is divisive, exploitative, colonial or disrespectful.

Maitreyi facilitates a 500 hr online Self awareness Yoga and Tantra teacher training apart from offering a weekly drop in session and satsangh from 9 a.m to 11 am P.S.T each week. All are welcome and go to Events — ARKAYA YOGA for details.

Maitreyi has over 100 published articles and has trained over 60 corporations in enlightened leadership, stress and self management. She runs a foundation in India for children living in the slums. She enjoys ayurvedic food, being close to nature and lives in Vancouver now.
