PROSECUTE politicians who put foreign interests above Australian law

HOLD ACCOUNTABLE security agencies that target vulnerable Muslims while arming extremists

EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO WAS CHARGED WITH A CRIME AT THE FEBRUARY 7th PROTEST should be released with no charges and compensated for their injuries. The Police officers who attacked them should be charged with assault and incarcerated. There was not a single protestor at the rally who wasn't using violence defensively. Most were not using violence at all. If you witness a rape, you are allowed to use violence to stop the rape.

⚖️ WHY WE PROTEST

THE GENOCIDE MUST STOP

Australian-made weapons are being used in Gaza. International law experts, human rights organizations, and UN officials have presented evidence that Israel's military campaign meets the threshold for genocide. Australia is legally obligated to prevent genocide—not enable it.

THE EPSTEIN FILES: ELITE CORRUPTION EXPOSED

The released Epstein documents reveal a global network of corruption involving presidents, princes, billionaires, and intelligence agencies. While Australian politicians aren't directly named, the files expose a system where the powerful operate above the law—the same system that lets foreign lobbies like AIPAC buy influence in our parliament. Why are these two genocidal/pedophilic regimes allowed to influence our politicians?

The genocide in Gaza is not separate from the cost of living crisis. It is not separate from unaffordable housing, stagnant wages, and insecure work. It is the epitome of how little the elites value ordinary human life.

When they send billions to fund slaughter, they tell you there's no money for healthcare, education, or public housing.

When they protect weapons manufacturers, they tell you there are no jobs—while corporations offshore your work and pocket the profits.

When they criminalize protest, they tell you that your voice doesn't matter.

But it does.

The same system that bombs Palestinian children is the system that prices you out of your own city. The same politicians who take bribes from AIPAC are the ones who cut your services and call it "tough choices."

When are they going to make the cost of living affordable?

When are they going to ensure abundant, secure jobs?

When are they going to treat us with dignity?

They won't. Not until we force them.

Palestine is where we draw the line. If we let them get away with genocide, they will know they can get away with anything—here, to us, next.

FOREIGN INTERFERENCE IN AUSTRALIA IS REAL

For years, politicians from both major parties have accepted sponsored trips, donations, and inducements from pro-Israel lobbies. Independent MPs and transparency advocates have documented:

Undisclosed foreign donations

Lobbyists operating with no oversight

Politicians prioritizing foreign interests over constituents

Inquiries into foreign interference being ignored

🚨 THE THOMAS CARRICK CASE: AFP AND ASIO CONDEMNED BY A JUDGE

Read this. Remember it. They will lie to you.

Thomas Carrick was a 13-year-old autistic Muslim boy with a low IQ. His parents went to police for help with his ISIS fixation.

Instead of helping, AFP and ASIO spent months grooming him online—encouraging him towards violence, calling his plans "good," radicalizing him for evidence.

A judge permanently suspended the case out of pure disgust. Her words: the AFP's conduct fell "so profoundly short of the minimum standards expected of law enforcement officers" that to proceed would "condone and encourage further instances of such conduct."

She called it grooming. She threw it out.

The AFP's response? They'd do it again. No one was disciplined. No consequences.

This is who polices us. This is who will lie about this protest. Remember Thomas Carrick.

There are many similar cases in the UK, USA and Australia. ✊ RECENT VICTORIES

The acquittal of Palestine Action activists sets an important precedent: destroying weapons facilities supplying Israel can be legitimate defensive action. International law requires states to prevent genocide—including stopping weapons production. The ICE OUT general strike in Minnesota was also largely successful, the number of ICE agents in the state was reduced from 3000 to 150. US people refused to tolerate their state acting authoritarian, we should do the same.

⚖️ Commonwealth (Federal) Law

For offences against Commonwealth law, the relevant provision is found in the federal Criminal Code Act 1995.

• Section 10.4 Self-defence: This section states that a person is not criminally responsible for an offence if they carry out the conduct in self-defence .

• Key Elements: You act in self-defence if you believe your conduct is necessary to defend yourself or another person, and your conduct is a reasonable response in the circumstances as you perceive them .

⚖️ New South Wales (NSW) Law

In New South Wales, the defence is contained in the Crimes Act 1900.

• Section 418(2) of the Crimes Act 1900: This provision confirms that a person is not criminally responsible for an offence if they believed their conduct was necessary to defend another person, and their response was reasonable in the circumstances as they perceived them .

• Application: This framework applies whether you are preventing an assault or stepping in during a violent incident like a sexual assault .

KNOW THE LAW, THE COPS ARE LIARS AND OVERTLY BREAKING THE LAW

⚖️ DEFENSIVE VIOLENCE IS LEGAL IN ALMOST EVERY COUNTRY EVEN IF AGAINST POLICE OFFICERS. CITIZENS ARE ALLOWED TO CARRY OUT ARRESTS OF DANGEROUS VIOLENT CRIMINALS LIKE OUR POLICE FORCE

Defensive violence is legal in virtually every legal system on earth—including Australia's.

If attacked, you may defend yourself with reasonable force

If you witness a violent crime (rape, assault, murder), you may intervene

Citizens' arrests of violent criminals are protected under law

International law recognizes the right to resist genocide

The Palestine Action acquittal confirms this. A jury looked at activists destroying weapons factory equipment and said: not guilty. When a state facilitates genocide, citizens have the right to stop weapons production.

When police assaulted peaceful Muslims praying on February 7, 2026, witnesses had the legal right to intervene and make citizens' arrests.

We do not seek aggression. We do not initiate violence. But if attacked, we have the right to defend ourselves and others. The law is on the side of those defending life.
