A bit about the facilitators:

Sherridan Bourne from Good Vibes Healing is a lifelong seeker and lover of sound, movement, energy, and spirit. For more than 30 years she's walked the path of healing, exploring the many ways we can return home to ourselves - to stillness, to harmony, and to the divine essence that flows though and connects all.
She is a certified Breathwork Facilitator (Flow Institute Australia), as well as an accredited Sound Healer (Sound Healing Academy International); Reiki and Magnified Healing Practitioner (Om Reiki & Blue Angel Reiki); and a Yoga and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, trained in trauma-informed practices (Byron Yoga Centre & Yoga for Humankind). For this experience, Sherridan will lead a beautiful session of Gentle Flow Breathwork and Elements Dance.
Gentle Flow Breathwork: Under Sherridan’s gentle guidance, the breath becomes an anchor that reconnects you with your body’s natural rhythm. Through mindful pacing and intuitive cues, you are supported to open energetic pathways and soften into presence. As the breath steadies, the body remembers what it feels like to rest deeply. Muscles soften. The mind quiets. A sense of spaciousness returns. Emotional weight gives way to lightness — a homecoming to your natural state of harmony.
Elements Dance: Sherridan has always held a deep love of dance and the freedom of expression it offers - a way to connect with the body, release emotion, and explore our inner worlds.
In this session, Sherridan will gently guide participants into a space of movement and discovery, encouraging them to dance with their eyes closed and connect with their own unique expression. Whether through quiet, subtle movements or more expansive and wild gestures, the invitation is to let go, listen inward, and move freely in a safe and supportive space. Drawing on the elements of fire, water, earth, air and ether, Sherridan will weave these energies through the practice, inviting these elements to move with you and through you, as you explore how your body feels to express. The journey offers an opportunity for grounding, release, renewal and freedom through movement.

Dr Inga Liljestrom, founder of Women of the Dark Moon, is a certified Sound Healing facilitator and teacher with the Sound Healing Academy. She has taught in the UK in London and Glastonbury, and is now based in the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria. Her training includes Levels 1 and 2 in Biofield Tuning with Eileen McKusick, specialising in tuning forks; gong workshops with Sheila Whittaker; and voice and ancestral healing work with Jill Purce. She is also a certified Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator, having trained with Cacao Amour in the UK, and has undertaken Shamanic training with The Four Winds (USA) and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
Inga is also a singer and composer and has a BA in music majoring in voice with Honours, and a PhD in humanities focusing on music and inspiration. She has recorded and performed her own music throughout Australia and Europe, and has released five albums commercially.
Cacao Ceremony: Inga first discovered the gentle, heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao many years ago. During a time of profound grief following the passing of her father, she found the ritual of sharing cacao to be a deeply supportive practice, helping her reconnect with herself. She has also experienced cacao as a beautiful companion to the creative process, encouraging presence, openness and inspiration.
In this ceremony, Inga will guide participants in sharing ceremonial cacao as an invitation to slow down, connect with the heart, and set intentions for the journey ahead. Together, the group will create space to gently release what no longer serves and welcome new possibilities with openness and clarity.
Sound Relaxation Session: Inga will guide a deeply restorative sound relaxation, weaving together voice, drums, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and crystal singing bowls to create an immersive sonic landscape.
Drawing on both her musical experience and intuition, she allows each session to unfold naturally, responding to the energy of the group in the moment. Participants are invited to simply rest, receive, and allow the sounds to support a sense of calm, presence and deep relaxation.
