Slow Flow Yoga with Maree BarnesÂ
Maree’s journey to be a Yoga Australia 200 hour qualified teacher began over 20 years ago. The ancient teachings have weaved in and out of her life during some significant and defining life events, and the practice of simply showing up on the mat regardless of her inner state, has helped on her path towards healing amidst the storm that sometimes surrounds us all.
She hopes to help guide her students towards connecting to their true essence and most genuine self by creating space and finding balance by simply being and embracing the present moment.
Her professional teaching journey is only just starting to bloom and she looks forward to welcoming people from all levels onto the mat for some gentle and slow flow yoga classes intended to promote balance, relaxation and mindfulness with a series of calm yet intentional stretches to help restore your mind and body.
