Gentle Flow classes encourage mindful movement whilst integrating awareness of breath and mindfulness practices. The classes are strong and dynamic, however move at a slower pace than a traditional Vinyasa class.

The classes are designed to be accessible for everyone - from beginners to those wanting to refine and maintain a regular practice. Although modifications can be made for injuries, it is recommended that independent medical advice is sought prior to attending a class.
