A mat-based gentle yoga class incorporating asana and breathing to balance and restore the body, mind and spirit.

Bring your own yoga mat.

Commences: Monday 15 April 6:30pm to 7:30pm (10 weeks - 15/4, 22/4, 29/4, 6/5, 13/5, 20/5, 27/5, 3/6, 17/6, 24/6)
