Gentle Flow Yoga

A mat-based gentle yoga class incorporating asana and breathing to balance and restore the body, mind and spirit.

With tutor Anna

Bring your own yoga mat.

Commences: Monday 7 October 6:30pm to 7:30pm (10 weeks - 7/10, 14/10, 21/10, 28/10, 4/11, 11/11, 18/11, 25/11, 2/12, 9/12)

Full Fee: $169.00

Concession Fee: $155.00
