Gentle Hatha Yoga Class every Monday from 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm at the Albany Creek Community Hall.

* Full Body Relaxation - Invite some conscious rest into your Tuesday as you allow your practice to integrate with a guided relaxation to beautiful meditation music

* Mantra Meditation - Nourish your inner wellbeing with a beautiful guided form of group meditation that will bring peace to your heart and calm the mind, accompanied with live music and audience participation.

At ASMY we welcome everyone to the practice of yoga and aim to create a safe place whereby we pass on the essence of yoga which is that it is an individual practice, not a competition, with safety and alignment as a core focus to how to move through the experience. Different variations are given so you can tune into your body and adjust your practice as you need.
