Bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on and your favourite notebook/journal, and join Breathwork Facilitator Casey as she guides a sunset reset at Lake Monger Wednesday from 6-7pm. 

The session will be a lot gentler than our weekend reset - a truly down-regulating and nourishing experience for your nervous system as the sun goes down, and includes:

  • grounding in through feet on the earth
  • guided journalling prompts for self-enquiry
  • a shorter community connection exercise
  • gentle nasal breathwork for a more integrated approach for your nervous system
  • gentle sound bowl experience to help you really unwind from the day

This session is designed to help you let go of stress and worry, and nourish your nervous system, so that it can begin to recalibrate exactly as intended, and there is no better place to do that than out in nature. 

You will leave feeling reset in a completely different way. 

Perfect for those craving relaxation and down-time. 

Tickets $14.99 per person.  

Arrive 5:45pm to allow time for parking as the lake can be busy at this time and you will need to walk 5 minutes along the lake to the meeting point. Bring a jacket, blanket, pillow as weather is getting cooler along with whatever you need to be cosy!

PLEASE NOTE: Some of the carparks along Lake Monger Drive are currently closed due to works at the lake. 

PARKING: Exact meeting location is half way along Lake Monger Drive so suggest parking in the carpark on the corner of Lake Monger Drive and Gregory Street or on Gregory Street itself. There is also another carpark near The Acai Corner which you can also walk from. Some cars also park on the grassed area near the houses across the road.
