Gentle Threads is an online journey, a gentle space for you to be held. Think of it like a welcoming space for you to rest and return to.

This is about giving you permission to rest, to get to know yourself better, and to follow your pleasure. ✨

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

Over 3 months journeying together, you will be gently guided through:

🌸 3 online reflective and sharing circles
(with an opportunity to do some gentle yoga, reflect, hear from others, and share if you want to — these are slow, spacious circles where you are welcome to show up as you are)

✍️ 3 online journaling circles
(no sharing — just time for gentle stretching and journaling with optional prompts)

✨ Prompts and poems sent directly to you every week to nourish and inspire you
(not another task for you to complete — these are sweet treats!)

🧡 A private community space online to stay inspired and supported

WHEN?

From October – December 2025

⭐ Online journaling circles are on the first Sunday of every month, 5pm – 5.45pm (AEDT)
⭐ Online reflective and sharing circles are on the second Sunday of every month, 4pm – 6pm (AEDT)

The prompts and poems fed to you weekly are optional treats that you can use in your own time, at your own pace.
Everything is optional, and you don’t need to keep up with the content in any particular timeframe.
