The Gentlemen of the Blues are the heirs of a blues duo tradition almost as old as the genre itself. And when the amiable pair meets onstage—-Mick with his British elegance and his suitcase of harmonicas; Steve with his Resophonic guitar, blues ukulele and kick drum—-prepare yourselves for 90 minutes of raucous, barrelhouse fun. 

While some noted music critics have gone on record calling the blues culturally irrelevant, Vancouver Island's The Gentlemen of the Blues beg to differ. 

The blues isn't dead. It's too busy being constantly reborn.
