On Saturday 1 August at The Brunswick Green, Georga will be joined by fellow Naarm storytellers, Aeriqah and The Hollows, two endlessly talented acts known for effortlessly transporting their audiences through the captivating worlds they build.
To accompany the soothing tunes is an exciting opportunity! For those who have been to a Georga Livia show before, you might have noticed the signature heart felt pins Georga and her band wear. In addition to your ticket, you can purchase your very own craft kit (available to collect as you leave the event) filled with lots of love and all you need to make your own signature pin. Georga Livia is a Naarm/Melbourne singer-songwriter dreaming her way into the local scene with nostalgic folk-pop music that evokes the same feeling as a warm cup of tea. Georga combines authentic storytelling, soothing vocals and mellow acoustic guitar to create deeply personal music, from the sweetest parts of life.
Aeriqah
Melbourne-based Singaporean indie-folk artist, aeriqah, describes himself as first and foremost, a storyteller. Using lyricism as a medium for archival and exploration, aeriqah believes in using his art to document experiences and lessons in love, loss and finding his place in the world. aeriqah’s latest body of work is 3-track EP called House Parties. It is an ode to forged family through the lens of a night out, and it is on all streaming platforms now.
The Hollows
The Hollows are a singer/songwriter folk duo, whose lyrics take centere stage amongst rich acoustic soundscapes. Their raw and honest storytelling invites listeners to a page of their diary, sharing emotions through intricate harmonies and soft vocals.
