Celebrate a legacy of service at the George K. Baker Sr. Charity Golf Tournament. Join us for the 32nd Annual event on September 16, 2026, at the stunning Mohegan Sun Golf Club.

Named in honor of Pet Food Experts' CEO & President Michael Baker's grandfather, George K. "Buddy" Baker Sr., whose vision helped shape Pet Food Experts into a leading pet specialty distributor, the George K. Baker Charity Golf Tournament celebrates a legacy of generosity. For over 30 years, the tournament has united industry partners to support meaningful causes and make a lasting difference.

This year, we’re excited to announce our ongoing partnership with Pets in the Classroom as the primary beneficiary of our tournament. This impactful grant initiative brings therapy animals into classrooms in underserved communities nationwide. 

For children facing daily stress, social challenges, or difficult home lives, a classroom pet can become more than just a fun addition—it becomes a friend, a calming presence, and a reason to smile.

Your donation helps:

• Create nurturing classroom environments where students feel emotionally safe

• Encourage compassion, empathy, and responsibility through animal care

• Reduce anxiety, improve attendance, and promote positive social interactions

• Reach under-resourced schools where support is needed most

Tee times will be at 8:00 AM and 1:30 PM and will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Hotel reservations can be made using this reservation link to access our room block at Mohegan Sun Resort Casino. Reservations must be made as soon as possible and the cut-off date is Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
