    Event description

This Sonic Sundays we present local music legend GERARD MASTERS & BAND!

Enjoy family friendly live music played by a variety of talented performers with Sonic Sundays - Presented at the FunHaus Factory Gosford.

Originally from New Zealand and now residing on the glorious Central Coast. Singer songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Gerard Masters has been a mainstay of the Australian music scene for the last 2 decades. Performing as a sideman in the bands of top artists such as Missy Higgins, Pete Murray, The Potbelleez and Ian Moss to name a few.

Gerard’s music is characterized by a blend of pop, rock, and alternative styles, often featuring catchy melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and rich harmonies. The sound has a distinctive quality. Combining elements of jangle pop, folk, and new wave, with a touch of whimsy and introspection. The band's instrumentation typically includes guitars, keyboards, bass, and drums. Creating a full and polished sound that appeals to a broad audience.

Gerard will be performing a selection of his original pop/rock songs as well as some fresh takes on some of the awesome songs from the likes of Crowded House, David Bowie, Neil Young and Fleetwood Mac

Gerard’s live band contains some of Australia’s absolute killer musicians. Featuring Evan Mannell - Drums (Peter Garrett, Angus and Julia, Missy Higgins), Ollie Thorpe - Guitar (Ian Moss , The Whitlams, Meg Mac), and Liam Burrows - Bass (Australia's got talent Finalist)

Enjoy delicious burgers, empanadas and street food from Beau’s Burgers while you take in the atmosphere and enjoy a cocktail (or mocktail).
