Gestalt dance - exploring contact

This is a gentle invitation to consider and experientially explore what it is to be in contact. A basic premise of the theme of Gestalt therapy is to be the flow into wholeness, an experience of being present with oneself, ones' environment and those beings one shares space with. The evening will be a journey through movement, sharing and reflection with a musical playlist to support the flow of exploration and connection.
