Get a Grip on Your Business: Free EOS Workshop for Perth Business Owners
Description
Get a Grip on Your Business
Free EOS Workshop for Perth Business Owners
Are you running the business, or is the business running you?
Many business owners and leadership teams face the same frustrations:
Little control over their time, the market or the business itself
People who do not listen, understand or follow through
Not enough profit
Hitting the ceiling and not knowing how to break through
Nothing working - lots of fixes, but nothing sticking
This workshop is a practical introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), a set of simple tools for creating clarity around priorities, accountability, data, issues and execution.
Held regularly in Perth CBD. Register and we'll send you the next available date.
Who this is for
This workshop is for owners and leadership teams in established businesses with roughly 10 to 250 staff.
It is particularly relevant for:
Owners and Founders
CEOs, Managing Directors and General Managers
Visionaries and Integrators
Leadership team members responsible for turning plans into execution
If your business has a Visionary and Integrator, bring both. The workshop is most useful when the people leading the business can work through the ideas together.
You can register up to two people per company.
Who it is not for yet
This workshop may not be the right fit if you are:
A solo operator or running a very small team
A start-up still finding product-market fit
Already working with an EOS Implementer
Teams self-implementing EOS are very welcome.
What we'll cover
The EOS Model and Six Key Components
You will work through the six areas that need to be strong for a business to become healthier and more effective.
Vision - aligning the team through the V/TO
People - clarifying accountability with the Accountability Chart and People Analyzer
Data - tracking what matters through a Scorecard
Issues - solving the right issues through IDS
Process - documenting the Core Processes that create consistency
Traction - setting priorities with Rocks and creating rhythm through the Level 10 Meeting
Why businesses hit the ceiling
As a business grows, the habits that got it started can become the bottleneck.
We will look at the five Leadership Abilities that help leaders create enough simplicity, predictability and structure to grow without carrying everything themselves:
Simplify
Delegate
Predict
Systemise
Structure
The EOS Process and tools
EOS is not a collection of disconnected tools. It is a practical operating system that gives leadership teams a repeatable way to get clear, solve issues and follow through.
You will see how the tools work together over time.
The Organisational Checkup
You will complete the EOS Organisational Checkup, a simple self-assessment across the Six Key Components.
It gives you a clear starting point for understanding what is working well and where there may be gaps worth addressing.
Q&A
Bring the real questions from your business.
There will be time to talk through what is getting in the way and where your leadership team may want to focus next.
How the morning runs
The workshop runs for about 2.5 hours at breakfast-time in the Perth CBD, with a maximum of 16 people.
Coffee is available on arrival, followed by:

A practical workbook to take back to your team
An invitation to a private, no-cost 90-Minute Meeting with your leadership team, if it would be useful
The private meeting is simply a working conversation about your business, your Checkup results and whether EOS could help. There is no obligation to take things further.

FAQ
What does it cost?
Nothing. The workshop is free.
Is this a sales pitch?
No hard sell.
The workshop is designed to be useful in its own right. Sam will explain how EOS can be applied in a business like yours, and you can decide whether a private follow-up conversation would be helpful.
What is the free private 90-Minute Meeting?
It is a private conversation with Sam and your leadership team.
You can talk through your Organisational Checkup, the challenges facing the business and how EOS may apply in your business. There is no fee and no expectation that you take things further.
We are already running EOS. Can we attend?
Yes, if you are self-implementing EOS.
It can be a useful chance to revisit the tools, compare how your team is using them and identify where more focus may be needed.
If you are already working with an EOS Implementer, your time is better spent continuing that work with them.
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself, your leadership partner if relevant, and a willingness to work on the real issues in the business.
A workbook will be provided.
When is the next workshop date?
Register your interest and we'll email you the next available date. Workshops are held regularly in the Perth CBD.
