Come and (re)connect with nature in the stunning Western Sydney Parklands.
Take a step back from your busy life and experience the healing and restorative effects of yoga, mindfulness, and nature connection. We invite you to slow down, rest, and reconnect with the beautiful green space around you. Enjoy an hour of yoga, followed by sensory activities and meditation.
We use mindfulness meditation, movement, and eco-art to reawaken our innate and intuitive connection to the natural world and to ourselves. Recharge, restore, and reconnect with the best medicine of all - nature!

Bush Bathing - a nature connection walk inviting all your senses and giving you time to focus and enjoy the beauty of the parklands.

This program is for people 16+ years.
Please bring:
- a yoga mat
- water bottle
This program is for people 16+ years.
We reserve the right to cancel the event in case of dangerous weather or if minimum participation numbers are not met. In these circumstances a refund will be offered.
This program is delivered by Centennial Park’s education team. Our expert educators have created a range of Nature Connection programs for the sites of Greater Sydney Parklands.
COVID-19, Infectious Disease and Viruses:
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that all attendees associated with this booking do not attend if:
- We/I show any COVID-19, Infectious disease or virus symptoms or feel unwell.
- We/I have had a fever, diarrhoea or vomiting within 12 hours or at the time of the program.
- We/I have been asked to self-isolate.
- We/I have had a positive COVID-19 test result and continue to have symptoms.
If any of the above apply to you or any attendee associated with this booking we request that you do not attend this program. In this instance please contact us via email to arrange a refund of your ticket for any of the above reasons.
