Ladies, imagine a weekend away just for you, no responsibilities, no kids (although we love them lots), no work, no cooking or even having to think of what to prepare for a meal.
A time for you to unwind, relax into some yoga, be seriously transformed by sound healing, and be untangled with a blissful massage.
You get to participate in fun workshops on preparing natural body care and one on preparing yummy whole food, health-promoting deliciousness, because, it's not only what goes on, but in your body that counts.

Each morning we will ground ourselves with yoga slow flow and then on Saturday night after our dinner we will truly leave our worries behind with a soulful sound healing....
Jodie Tapper will be our facilitator over the weekend for our yoga slow flow sessions.
Jodie is the owner of Vital Wellness Pilates, as well as the creator of the online studio, Soul Flexible, and has been teaching for over 10 years.
Our morning sessions invite you to turn inwards and align yourself for each day.
Our daily practice is a heavenly blend of body-rejuvenating stretches, simple yoga slow flow sequences and mindful relaxation.

Your host for the weekend, natural living advocate Nat Wright will inspire you, and show you, how to kick the ass of whatever it is that makes you feel less than.
Nat will demonstrate just how easy it is to make a delicious plant-based meal and will also share how to create your very own completely natural and healing body care products.
The way Nat sees life is that it is all about keeping things real and keeping things simple, we don't need to complicate. Nat knows just how much our lives can get very messy, and very challenging, and at times we can feel like we just can’t go on anymore, it hurts too much. So, importantly, Nat will also share life-giving and life-saving techniques she has needed to develop, to help her through some really tough times in her life.
You will hear about the 7 principles of health and be immersed in 2 days of practical wisdom that you will take home and begin to action straight away.
Nat will introduce you to the “TOLMAN METHOD” as taught to her by her teacher and mentor Tyler Tolman. You will start implementing the Tolman Methodology for Divine Health during this retreat and continue as soon as you get home, it becomes an awesome habit.
All your food is supplied. Plant-based whole foods that taste delicious, nourish your body, and do not leave you feeling hungry.
There will be cold-pressed juices on hand (try making one yourself, so good) fruit platters, and wholefood snacks throughout your stay.
The entire weekend is carefully designed to get you back on track to feeling energised, in control, and living your best life. There is plenty of downtime for you to wander down to the river or into town, or just be.
The thing is, we do not need to feel sluggish, tired, or have headaches or sore joints or painful periods, it's not a woman thing and it's not an aging thing, it's a 'wrong fuel' in our body thing.

Half-hour blissful massage or reflexology session on your arrival Friday afternoon.
Whilst others are being pampered Friday afternoon - enjoy your free time to let go of the busy week, it’s now gone. Wander the property and soak in the calming ambiance. We are situated right on the river and with only a 5-minute stroll into town, you will find plenty to pique your interest.
1-hour daily yoga slow flow session Saturday & Sunday morning
1 hour sound healing session Saturday night
2 x 1hr workshops on Saturday -
